Ireland- Ireland has been recalled to the Irish team after his heroics against Italy and his good performance against France. He will take the place of Jonathan Sexton. Donncha O'Callaghan is named in the second row while the experienced and inspirational Brian O'Driscoll will captain the team for the 73rd time. Stephen Ferris has been ruled out for the match against Scotland and will see a knee specialist and for that reason has been ruled out of the last two matches against England and Wales.

Scotland- Scotland have dropped 4 players for there match against Ireland. The stand out name is Parks and will be replaced by Ruaridh Jackson who will win his 4th cap. awson, lock Nathan Hines and number eight Richie Vernon have also been dropped and will be on the bench. The head prop Euan Murray refuses to play because of religious reasons so Full-back Chris Paterson, centre Sean Lamont, scrum-half Mike Blair, prop Moray Low, lock Richie Gray and number eight Johnnie Beattie come in.

France have rung the changes as they look to retain the 6 nations. Back row Sebastien Chabal, wing Vincent Clerc, scrum-half Dimitri Yachvili and centre Yannick Jauzion are recalled. They have identified Ashton to stop and they will use there experience of stopping Jason Robinson to use similar tactics.

England vs France already seen as the title decider and it will be a close match and will see how far England have come or how far France are ahead of all the home nations in the world cup year. But what ever happens it will be an fascinating match as we near the world cup.
