The South Africans had little trouble chasing down the target with 6.4 overs to spare. Smith hitting 65 and Amla hitting 60 before they were both retired hurt. He got support from Patel who hit 64 and Ouma and Obuya hit 20s. In reply the Dutch main man was RN ten Doeschate who hit 98 NO as he anchored them to victory. He had support from Kervezee who hit 49 at the top of the order AF Buurman hit 29 and Mudassar Bukhari 20 at the end to get Netherlands an 2 wicket win.
